Workit Health is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team as a Lead React Native engineer.
You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable software solutions.

As a member of our engineering team, you'll be critical in delivering software that improves people's lives safely and securely, delivering the most accessible mental health and overall wellness services.
We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to lead future development of our React Native application
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, modular code
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
~ Good understanding of react's functional and class components and their lifecycle
~ Familiarity with react-navigation and complex routing stacks
~ Comfortable working with various yarn modules and discretion in selecting new ones (expo, react-navigation, sentry)
~ Comfortable building and troubleshooting in Xcode and Android Studio
~ Experience testing, releasing and deploying native applications in App Store and Play Store
~ Leadership qualities and discerning time management skills.
~5+ years of professional Javascript experience
~3+ years of professional React Native (or comparable mobile app development) experience
