Description

As a Product Manager at Loftyworks, you will be responsible for owning specific aspects of our software product. Working closely with the Product Lead and other internal key stakeholders, you will gather requirements, collaborate with the development and design teams, and interface directly with clients. Your primary focus will be to clearly outline user stories, verify the effectiveness of product solutions, and track adoption to ensure we deliver a high-quality product that meets the needs of property managers in the U.S. and UK.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders and clients to understand user needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Clearly outline user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to guide the development process.
• Verify and validate product solutions through testing, user feedback, and data analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive product adoption.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competition, and best practices in product management.

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing software products from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.

Preferences:
• Accounting/Finance/Payment product experience is highly appreciated
• Experience in property management software product management is a plus
