Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Advising clients on all aspects of litigation.
• Drafting and reviewing legal opinions and court statements.
• Supporting the partners and wider team with business development initiatives related to the dispute resolution practice.
Requirements
• Qualified lawyer
• Post qualification experience – ideally 4+ years but will consider other appropriate candidates.
• preferably Bahraini licensed bilingual lawyer, however, we will still review and consider other nationalities. We will also consider native English speakers with the right skillset.
• Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility, positivity and real interest and background in litigation or arbitration.
