A Lawyer draws up legal documents and advise the Management on legal transactions.1.ÿÿÿDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, Distribution Agreements, Agency Agreements, etc.2.ÿÿÿReview the local and overseas agreements / contracts on a regular basis.3.ÿÿÿIdentify and coordinate legal advice for issues such as data privacy, ethics and compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, property laws, etc.4.ÿÿÿDesign and implement policies pertaining to a variety of regulations, including, but not limited to Fraud, Abuse and Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery5.ÿÿÿPartner closely with other Legal team members to provide efficient and integrated legal advice to Business Units.6.ÿÿÿCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments in order to develop and refine regulatory and legal contract terms and implement various corporate policies, initiatives and programs.7.ÿÿÿConduct labor investigations with non
