Description

Vesuvius is searching for an experienced and motivated Environmental Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing environmental engineering work, including research and analysis, design, project management, and operations and maintenance. You will also provide engineering support for the development and implementation of environmental compliance programs, environmental improvement projects, and related activities.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field and a minimum of five years of environmental engineering experience. You should also be knowledgeable of environmental regulations and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities:
-Perform research and analysis to develop and implement environmental engineering projects
-Design, manage, and monitor environmental engineering projects
-Develop and implement environmental compliance programs
-Identify and evaluate environmental improvement projects
-Provide engineering support for environmental projects
-Develop and maintain environmental records and documents
-Maintain knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
-Analyze data and develop solutions to environmental challenges
-Provide technical expertise and advice to internal and external stakeholders
-Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure compliance with environmental standards
-Conduct environmental audits and inspections
-Develop and implement procedures for monitoring environmental performance
-Write reports and provide updates to management on environmental projects and initiatives
