Description

• Plan and execute sales calls as scheduled in the Marketing Plan together with the appropriate follow-up

• Provides the DOS with all information regarding his/her market during compilation of the Marketing Plan
•
Participates actively in the compilation of the Sales & Marketing Business Plan.
• Attend VIP functions when required by the DOS
• Maintain good follow-up / trace system
• Conducting site inspections / tours of the property.
• Entertaining on a regular basis
• Completing all sales administration forms (reports etc.) on time and keeping accurate and up to date records of all clients
• To be available to work longer than normal hours as and when required by DOS
• Perform weekly Sales Duty Rounds .
