Job brief:

As a project manager you will be applying project management processes and techniques to initiate, plan, manage and deliver assigned projects to achieve project goals on schedule and within budget. You will utilize various methodologies and tools as part of this process. You will act as a liaison between the project team and senior management. You will use project management tools to monitor and regularly report to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee projects from ideation through to completion.
• Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation.
• Track efforts to ensure efforts estimation for the project do not exceed.
• Evaluate performance of the project team.
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities.
• Manage the delivery of the projects according to the project plan.
• Track project and provide regular status reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
• Manage client & stakeholder communication/relationship to ensure the project is
• delivered to their satisfaction.
• Active participation in all assigned projects/presales documentation.
• Comply with all organizational processes, procedures, and policies

Skills:
• Strong technical acumen with an understanding of SaaS architecture and data
• management principles
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Asana
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficient user of MS Office suite and MS Project Professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing
• Strong query testing skills, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data retrieval processes
• Proven leadership abilities in motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
• Task & Resource planning/management
• Client & Portfolio management
• Conflict management

Requirements:
• Individual must have a bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise SaaS and data projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
