Job Summary:

Trane Technologies is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in La Crosse, WI. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for evaluating production and inventory performance, collecting and analyze data to suggest improvements, plan and implement optimization projects.

The incumbent will oversee KPI’s for production scheduling procedures, inventory planning procedures, and warehouse management procedures; collaborate with IT professionals and supply chain professionals to improve and standardize business processes; develop tools, reporting and standard work to optimize business performance. Research best practices and seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current methodology and processes.

The Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for coordinating new product introductions, managing phase-in / phase-out activities, and maintaining PFEP data and inventory optimization parameters.

Responsibilities:
• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
• Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and IT teams.
• Identify and analyze supply chain trends. Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance.
• Analyze supply chain risks and develop strategies to resolve the concerns.
• Perform inventory analysis, prepare reports, and recommend actions.
• Manage PFEP data including procurement, packaging, storage and delivery methods.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures.
• Actively participates in lean projects, A3 problem-solving projects and Kaizen events.
• Provide training and support to supply chain teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or engineering.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Strong data analysis skills, proficient with ERP and MES systems.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with rate-based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments.
• Experience in operations management, inventory management, and lean manufacturing.

Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
