This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Zero to One Product Manager to join our team at CCL. As a Zero to One Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, conceptualising innovative solutions, and spearheading the development of products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify unmet customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends
• Support the development of our product strategy and roadmaps based on a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Develop innovative product concepts that address specific market challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into tangible solutions.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, driving innovation and successful execution
• Develop and maintain a strong product backlog, prioritising features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
• Implement agile methodologies to streamline product development and iterate quickly.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve product performance.

• Excellent commercial acumen with a strong understanding of setting products up for commercial success

• Analytical mindset and an ability to prioritise and stay focused in the face of conflicting pressures.
• Passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of technology products
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, turning ideas into actionable plans
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Experience and qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in the New Zealand and global cloud and IT services market
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, or similar role, preferably with a focus on bringing new products to market
• Experience, and ideally certification, in agile product owner and development methodologies to develop and drive the execution of the product roadmap and backlog
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
