Position Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Redmond, Washington (WA)

Based in Redmond, WA we are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to manage and support the field in analyzing financial data, support and manage invoicing, and other operating information to assure the field achieves its financial targets for a dedicated client.

Responsibilities:
• Lead efforts around client forecasting Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Guidance, including communication with senior leadership and internal customers.
• Participate in relevant client meetings to ensure good finance communications and finance objectives are understood.
• Create and report on KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
• Collaborating and coordinating activities with internal/vendors finance teams.
• Forecasting and planning operating expenses.
• Spearhead new initiatives on process improvements and automation efforts.
• Leading cross-functional projects and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for vendors and client.
• Collaborate effectively with partner/vendors teams to ensure alignment on Invoicing and key projects and initiatives.
• Lead efforts around jousting the local pricing (legislative increases or salary increases).
• Lead efforts on financial operation like receiving, R&O variance, missing or wrong invoices uploaded.
• Ability to root cause any situation/finance issue and take necessary business action to solve the situation.
• Support with driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to and produce if necessary monthly/quarterly reports.

Position Qualifications:
• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Ability to speak and understand the English language and additional (optional).
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Customer focused.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Strong administration, communication, planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail, and experience developing accurate materials/reporting.
• Flexibility in relation to the working hours (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Have Accounting Experience (2-4 year).
• Minimum of 5 Years of Management Experience.
