AFS is a rapidly growing company, and it is looking for talented Database Administrators to join our team and help manage our databases. We are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of database architecture, database management systems, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain databases

- Develop and implement backup and recovery policies

- Monitor database performance and optimize for efficiency

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and provide root cause

analysis.

- Develop database security protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

- Collaborate with software development teams to design database structures

- Develop and maintain documentation for database systems

- Administering Automated multi-monitoring system.

- Maintaining and supporting Disaster Recovery activity.

- Provide technical support to internal & external

customers.

- Handling internal & external IT audit reports and

providing support in closing the Vulnerability with the audit.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience with database administration.

- Strong understanding of database design, architecture, and management systems (Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server).

- Familiarity with data modeling and database security protocols.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Team player.
