Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Environmental Engineer or Scientist - Air Permitting for our Green Bay, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, or Duluth MN location, who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead project team throughout the project life cycle including development of scope of services, cost estimate for service, proposal presentation, project planning, bidding, execution, and project closeout phases for a wide range of environmental compliance projects.
• Interface with the client to ensure satisfaction with services delivered.
• Conduct air quality analyses, prepare emission inventory reports, and quantify air pollutant emissions and impacts.
• Develop or modify air quality permit applications for Title V, PSD, MACT, as well as New Source Review sources, and work with the regulatory agency to obtain final permits.
• Conduct air quality dispersion and deposition modeling.
• Perform on-site environmental compliance audits to assess compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, which includes, but is not limited to: CWA, CAA, EPCRA, RCRA.
• Research environmental compliance issues and conduct regulatory applicability evaluations.
• Prepare technical documents, including written reports, letters, and regulatory agency correspondence.
• Perform compliance activities to support client needs.
• Less than 20% overnight travel annually.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Industrial Hygiene
• Minimum of 10 years of experience preparing technical air permitting environmental compliance documents

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Industrial Hygiene
