We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. Translate complex concepts into simple, elegant, and intuitive user interfaces.

Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide necessary design assets.

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
