Al Haqq Law Firm is hiring experienced Female advocates / lawyers for our legal firm.

Post: Lawyer / Advocate (Females Only)

Location: North Nazimabad (Head Office)

Job Type: Full-time, Office Based

Job Days & Timing: Monday to Saturday | 12 am to 9 pm

Requirements:
• Must be a Female
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an advocate in District Courts, High Court and/or Supreme Court of Pakistan
• Ability to guide people and convert leads into clients.
• Must have a religious mindset with a passion to help the people who are right and in trouble.
• Courage to reject cases of people who are wrong and want to file wrong cases.
• Excellent communication skills with extrovert and pleasing personality
• Sharp mind with high energy level
• Honest and hard working

Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in leads and clients in the office.
• Guide the people on Phone / WhatsApp / Other Communication Channels
• Follow up with the leads
• Convert leads into paid clients
• Follow up with the clients
• Follow up with the team members
• Handle court cases related to Family, Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Tax, IP, Cyber Crime, etc.
• Handle all our company's legal transactions, partnerships, projects.
• Handle all matters pertaining to employees.
• Handle all matters pertaining to law enforcement agencies
• Handle all matters pertaining to clients and contracts.
• Prepare and send legal notices
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Any other responsibilities assigned.
