Within Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, we are invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and client accounts.- Reporting to a CBRE Senior Finance Manager, The Finance Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the investigating, analysis, cleansing and transition of finance data between two ERP systems.**Here’s a snapshot of your day:
- Assistance with Month End close where required
- Analysis and investigation of all current open contracts on the Pronto System
- Liaising with Project Managers and Services to understand requirement and status of contracts
- Ensuring all required documentation has been completed and filed
- Presentation of findings to relevant stakeholders
- Close out of all completed contracts, disclosed as open with relevant documentation for closure
- Liaise and keep informed the senior management on all aspects of contract problems and regularly update on all financial issues.
- Provide Pronto system generated reports and data when required
- Create and present reports from system data
- Strong understanding and experience of Finance with an related degree in finance/accounting
- Advanced Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to priorities workloads.
- Pronto experience highly regarded (not essential).
