Job Summary

Work on the operations of platforms that support the Fixed and Mobile Network Voice services. Also, work on projects to implement new platforms, applications and services related to Voice as well.

Responsibilities
• Project, Engineering and Operations of our services, applications and platforms
• Implementation of new applications to support internal and external customers
• Coordinate with Product BU for new products and commercial offers
• Design and maintain mediation and collection flows for voice networks
• Design and maintain provisioning flows for voice networks
• Design and maintain routing paradigms for voice calls
• Configure translations and routing rules for voice calls
• Manage HW and SW of current platforms.
• Support customer complaint escalations
• Reporting on KPI and Data of our services, applications and platforms
• Monitoring, configuring alarms and thresholds for our services, applications and platforms

Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with telecommunications technologies and protocols such as RADIUS, DIAMETER, SIP, SS7, MAP, HTTP, XML, SQL, etc.
• Excellent attitude to work in a group and willing to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic experience with server administration and working knowledge of Linux or any Unix variant.
• High experience with 3GPP 3rd, 4th and 5th generation architectures and Packet Cable 2.0 and above
• Experience with telecom services platforms such IMS, SBC, Voice Switches, Transcoders, SIP Gateways, CPEs, Online Charging Systems, P/I/S/E-CSCF, TAS, PCRF, etc.
• Experience regarding provisioning flows, mediation, and record collection.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio and Project

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $98,474.00 - $157,559.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
