This is a thrilling opportunity for Finance professionals with a passion for data analysis. The Finance Data Science Associate position is specifically designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about utilizing data to provide valuable insights and customized analytics for management. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing financial reporting capabilities and addressing challenges related to data accuracy and automating data reconciliations. This position will primarily focus on Gulf Levant countries and will play a crucial role in driving the organization towards improved financial processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
• Create the Finance database by gathering and consolidating Finance data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics to provide valuable business insights from the Finance database.
• Ensure accurate preparation and publication of monthly Finance book.
• Identify the key reasons for variances and prepare commentaries.
• Assist the finance team in submitting Forecasts, Plans, and Long-Range Plans (LRP) to BPC.
• Analyze data patterns and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Manager on various projects and initiatives.
• Provide support to Finance customers in resolving operational challenges and addressing inquiries.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements :-
• Holds a qualification such as CA / CPA / CFA or a Bachelor's degree in finance from a recognized university.
• Previous experience or knowledge in the Pharma industry would be plus.
• Proficient in Power BI, Advanced Excel data models, reporting tools, and apps.
• Possesses exceptional skills in interpreting and analyzing large datasets and effectively communicating findings through clear messages and visuals.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Has a deep understanding of Finance customer needs and trends.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, capable of thinking outside the box.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a service-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Functions as a collaborative team player while also being able to work independently.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel functionalities, with the ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards. Simple app building capabilities through Power Apps is an added advantage.
