Job Summary

Focus on digital experience. Seasoned at designing site maps, wireframes, and mapping a variety of digital experiences. Fluent in Responsive and Adaptive design principles. Familiar with designing for apps on both iOS and Android. Keeps the integrity of the brand in mind while creating a best in class user experience. Works cross functionally, occasionally with HQ in China.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite
• Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed; giving detail written direction to development and product teams.
• Constantly innovates/ideates digital products and conveys recommendations to senior leadership for new experiences
• Understanding of CMS systems and web publishing standards/best practices; AEM a plus
• Lead and participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experiences
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and adhere to corporate brand guidelines
• Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock - ups for both web and mobile
• Possess excellent facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills will make valuable contributions
• The UX and Design Specialist is responsible for user research/testing by focusing on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effectively analyze journey maps for opportunities, pain points, and inefficiencies across channels, touch points, and platforms with proposed changes for implementation.
• Project Management skills - not necessary to be a certified project manager, but someone with a sense of urgency when required, and a head for scheduling and planning.
• Design, build and maintain reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
• Experience in creating designs, from concept through prototyping, with modern programs or technologies such as, but not limited to Figma , Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Marvel, and Principle
• Experience conducting usability tests and heuristic studies
• Comfort with one or more UI prototyping tools and flexibility to adopt a new one

Prederred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Design , Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field
• Adobe Experience Manager knowledge or experience

Salary:$75k-$95k, 10% bonus, 401k, Medical, Dental and Vision
