About Us...

In 4 short years, we’re already servicing over 80 credit unions nationwide, including Desert Financial in Arizona.

Who you are...

The Senior Digital Product Manager, Online Banking, is responsible for the overall success of their product(s) including managing the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams to envision new products and features, enhance existing products, and manage/prioritize product roadmaps and releases. You will build close primary relationships with internal and external customers, with SW developers, with outside vendors, with UX (User Experience) and with other Product Managers to develop a great end-to-end product experience. You will also interact with data engineers, marketing, and support teams to deliver the product(s) and report on success according to agreed KPIs.

What you will do here:
• Consult with business partners to understand current and future business needs. Advocate and create business cases for new financial technologies that give our members a safe, consistent, and frictionless online banking experience while increasing retention and use.
• Develop, own, and update the product vison, strategy, and roadmaps to meet business objectives based on your deep understanding of end-customer behavior, preferences, challenges, demographics, and user-journeys; and based on market and technology direction.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate and/or sell the product vision, strategy, roadmap, status and KPIs to a diverse audience including customers and management.
• Work with UX to develop and prototype potential features, conduct usability tests, and perform user research. Gather customer feedback to validate that the product meets stated metrics. Update the product as necessary to ensure an ongoing consistent user interface across the product and between products.
• Collect and document requirements in a way that gives stakeholders a good understanding of the product MVP and subsequent releases, captures changes, documents buy-in, and can be used as a basis for User Acceptance Testing.
• Translate requirements into user flows and stories that guide UX and the agile development team. Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, standups, and user-acceptance planning.
• Drive rollout and adoption across the larger organization for new feature and product launches by working with marketing, customer support, retail, and other product groups to create and implement Go-to-Market plans.
• Track industry trends and adoption, fin-techs, competition, and industry groups to know which products/solutions excel and which are defining the future.
