You support the technical and organizational assessment of cybersecurity topics around our customers’ networks, create network analyses and conduct monitoring and operational tasks of our products. Thanks to your customer-oriented communication and working methods, you will ensure that inquiries are processed efficiently and will not be afraid to escalate individual inquiries directly to our internal departments.

Your specific tasks
• Handling of customer requests around cybersecurity topics
• Remote monitoring and operation of our products in our customers’ networks
• Creation of network analysis reports with a focus on cybersecurity
• Documentation of requests in our ticketing system
• Feedback to product management and development

What you bring to the job
• Professional experience in cybersecurity and network technologies
• Knowledge in industrial automation (OT and CRITIS) and willingness to expand this knowledge
• Professional experience as technical customer support is a plus
• Independent working style, ability to work in a team and proactive communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
