Headed up by a knowledgeable, passionate and driven CEO, they offer a unique app that allows their customers to take control of their finances, allowing you to make the most of your money.The business is on a mission to help everyone to become more financially independent, with everyone of their employees fully behind their vision and their potential to make a huge impact in the German FS market.The RoleYou will be reporting to the company CFO and the wider senior leadership team, tackling a range of commercial contracts, including technology agreements, SaaS contracts and customer/supplier contracts. It will also be your responsibility to develop their compliance management system, as well as Data Protection contracts.You will also work on service, distribution and cooperation agreements with their clients and partners, as well as contracts with their IT and service providers. You will have a good amount of admin support from a junior legal professional.You will also be in regular communication with the CEO and board, providing pro-active legal and business advice to ensure that the commercial function continues to go in the right direction.
