Be the customer's sounding board
You will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team, delivering on target and to the agreed scope, time and quality. In other words, ensuring that all the capabilities we provide are well integrated, configured, implemented and deployed in the customer environment.

In short, you can look forward to:
• managing agile software development projects
• coordinating activities between the service delivery team, the customer and our headquarters in Denmark
• collaborating with the Commercial Services/Business Development teams in sales activities, such as sales meetings, writing proposals and ensuring technical support and materials for workshops
• managing projects through KPIs, management briefings, business committee meetings etc.
• combining your customer and business understanding with your technical insights.

Experienced Project Manager with people skills
We expect that you hold a Master's degree in IT or similar. We also envisage that you:
• can manage highly complex and agile projects together with the customer, sub-contractor and your team
• are proactive, outgoing, trustworthy and able to motivate and inspire the customer, the end-user, senior management and your team
• can drive and achieve results within cost, schedule and quality delivery
• set the bar high and are able to constantly improve and develop yourself, your team and the solutions and services you manage
• have strong communication skills in both German and English.

As a Project Manager, you should expect some travel to customer sites and projects.

Please note that you must hold or be able to obtain a security clearance as we work with security-classified projects.
