**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Senior+ AI Engineer with experiences in AI/LLM programming. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models, integrating them into our products, and ensuring they operate effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, build, and deploy LLM-based solutions for diverse applications, including question-answering systems, search engines, content generation, and task-solving agents 2. Research and stay current with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM technologies, frameworks, and libraries 3. Optimize and fine-tune LLM models for enhanced performance, efficiency, and accurac 4. Create and maintain documentation for implemented solutions and share knowledge with the team 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LLM usage in production scenarios, ensuring high reliability and performance. 6. Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress. 7. Analyzing ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability. 8. Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning. **Qualifications:** - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. - At least 5+ years of industry experience as ML engineer with expert level knowledge of machine learning practices, techniques and state-of-art algorithms and methodologies - Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc. - Strong communication skills and demonstrate ability to drive the initiative-level technical vision for ML and AI - Solid experience working with LLMs, such as GPT3/ Llama/ T5/ BERT, and NLP frameworks, like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch /JAX - Experience with LLMOps: Auto-GPT, Langchain, LlamaIndex, VectorDBs - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies. **Additional Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies, like computer vision or reinforcement learning - Experience in commercializing ChatGPT or GPT3/4 for business applications - Technical PR (victories in competitions/hackathons, open LLM/NLP projects on GitHub) - Proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. - Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. - Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
