Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will play a primary role in implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness. This role will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with Business Unit Marketing team and Business Unit owners on marketing campaign
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing to optimize results.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials.
• Maintain and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Engage with our audience and monitor performance metrics.
• Track and organize marketing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• 7Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives.

Required Competencies
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Project and time management skills
• Digital marketing savvy, including experience with paid digital media
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of website content and UX best practices
• Experience with HTML emails and platforms (i.e., Active Campaign, HubSpot or others)
• Social media management skills (experience with social platforms such as Sprout Social, Canva, Hoot Suite a plus)

• Bachelor’s Degree required (marketing or communications field, preferred).
• Internship or other entry-level marketing experience required, preferably in the professional/financial services industry.
• Ability to work under deadlines and changing priorities.
• Non-traditional Institutes work hours may be required on an emergency, pre-scheduled, or project basis.
