The Role:

We are delighted to welcome Oceania CAP students to join our compassionate Nursing team. What You'll Be Doing:
• Coordinating the daily care needs of our residents while inspiring and supporting others
• Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions, both independently and collaboratively
• Making critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomy
• Building meaningful connections and relationships with residents and their families and allied health professionals in the community
• Providing leadership and guidance to care staff and team members

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the daily care needs of our residents while simultaneously inspiring and supporting others. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions, both independently and in collaboration with the team. Making critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomy will be key aspects of your role. Moreover, you will play a vital role in building meaningful connections and relationships with residents and their families. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to care staff and team members, ensuring a cohesive and compassionate approach to resident care.

What You'll Bring:
• A deep commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Previous experience using clinical systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management abilities.
• The skills to coach and mentor other staff members.
• Flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis.

• Competitive hourly rate of $32.55 to $46.61 based on experience
• Minimum of 32 hours per week; fortnightly roster includes weekends and night shifts
