HR Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your daily tasks:
• * Manage recruitment Projects.
• * Ensure seamless execution of Performance Management system
• * Handle operational activities related to above mentioned processes.

What we are looking for:
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• 8-10 years of experience in human resource management, primarily in engineering industry.
• Must have hands-on experience in HRIS, ATS and project management tools such as SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
