Description

**What we are looking for**
Focusing on field and back office employees, the HR Operations Specialist provides functional expertise and perform specialized process administration ensuring legal compliance, high quality and fast execution in regards of personnel administration, payroll, benefits, total reward, labour cost and Workforce planning.
- Manage all HR related documentation, processes and communications related to hiring, onboarding, separations, contract variations, etc
- Timely address, track and resolve employees inquiries through Service Now (mainly) ensuring an effective customer care
- Generate operational reports and analyse personnel data
- Ensure compliance with local rules and legislations in personnel administration
- Develop localized HR Policies, ensure are in place and updated when required
- Manage the Staff Anniversaries process, Bay Babes Parental Leave programme, Quarterly and Monthly Value awards
- Perform regular audits for the integrity and accuracy of data on ERP System (Oracle)
- Implement regulatory update and key labour law changes related to personnel management and administration
- Collect and analyse human workforce data (HC planning, labour cost...) and prepare reports to support key HR processes (i.e. salary review)
- Be the point of contact for the HR colleagues, managers and employees for all aspects of administrative personnel management
• *Skills and Experiences**
- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management desirable but not essential
- A previous experience in HR Operation role (2/4 years), preferably in medium/big size company
- Highly organised and able to respect deadline
- Strong attention to details and focused on continuous improvement in HR processes
- A passion for analytics and technology/systems
- Ability work with confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices
- Excellent work organization and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (particularly Excel)
