The China Vision Lab (CVL) located in Beijing is responsible for developing real-time on-device Computer Vision and Machine Perception technologies across Apple products. We balance research and product to deliver Apple quality, state-of-the-art experiences, innovating through the full stack, and partnering with HW, SW and ML teams to influence the sensor and silicon roadmap that brings our vision to life!

Key Qualifications
• Strong programming skills - 5+ Years of software development in C, C++ and Python.
• Experience with one or more deep learning framework such as Tensorflow, Pytorch or MxNet.
• Experience with Python scientific libraries like numpy, scipy.
• Familiarity or experience with Objective-C or Swift is a plus.
• Proven experience with neural network profiling and optimizing on dedicated SOC or GPU is a plus.
• 2D CVML working experience, RGB-D 3D reconstruction or 3D computer vision is a plus.
• Have production experience from prototyping to final delivery and understand the schedule.
• Ability to communicate ideas/results s to a broad technical audience.
• Great partnership spirit and collaborate within and cross teams.
• Familiar with deep learning frameworks.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new things.
• Strong communication skills.

Description
• We’re looking for a SW integration Engineer to build, own, manage and integrate technical solutions (Machine Learning based) into developing frameworks used by other teams at Apple and third party developers. The ideal candidate will have strong passion in leading technical programs of high quality products and solve challenging technical real world problems.
• Education & Experience
• A master's degree or higher (or equivalent industry experience) in computer science, computer vision or related fields.
