About Us:
We are looking for the best person that has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This person will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
☑ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to continue to develop company marketing assets (banners, campaigns, landing pages, creative, email content, blog posts)

☑ Coordinate and split test all outbound communication via Customer.io (email, sms, push, in-app).

☑ Organize and track split tests of landing pages and website (Unbounce and Wordpress)

☑ Use event data to present timely cross-channel upsell/cross-sell offers to our existing userbase
☑ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including utilizing marketing automations that create efficiencies
☑ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
☑ Create and present an annual marketing plan and strategy
☑ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
☑ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
☑ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
☑ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and make evidence-based decisions
☑ Build, optimize and split test user funnels
☑ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points working closely with Sales
☑ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

☑ Excellent verbal and written English skills

☑ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
☑ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to
process improvement opportunities and deliver effective solutions.
Excellent presentation skills

☑ Digital marketing management experience of at least 5 yrs
digital presence for brand and company

☑ Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

☑ Marketing plan leveraging SEO strategy.
☑ Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
☑ Visual intelligence; understanding of graphic design principles.

☑ Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, Site looker, etc.
☑In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
☑ Experience in Lead Generation for marketing strategies
☑ Additional marketing certifications are a PLUS!
