About the role:
Paid Media
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across all channels including paid social and paid search
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement daily/weekly
• Develop and optimize content for search engines, social media, and other relevant platforms
Email Marketing & SMS
• Assist in the maintenance & optimization of of our customer database across email & SMS
• Brief email & SMS sends to the copywriter and graphic designer with a goal of optimizing for open rate, click through rate and conversion
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure the marketing content calendar is up to date and the proper product is being featured at the right time
Insight Development & Reporting
• Providing regular insight across sales & media performance to drive optimisation & data-driven insights and sharing with the wider team
• Assist in A/B testing to optimize towards the best results
• Have a lens over all channels to gather insights for sharing; deliver a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly report encompassing all activation highlights, results & best practices
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement across ad platforms
• Develop reports to support all areas of the business including influencer marketing, social media, customer service, design, etc.
The Successful Candidate:
• 1-2+ years experience building and running Google and Meta ads campaigns (Pinterest/Snapchat a plus)
• 1+ years experience building and running TikTok campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Google Tag Manager experience a plus
• Understanding of email marketing systems and CRM (Klaviyo or similar)
• Data-driven and analytical
• Ability to prioritise and organise workloads independently and work to deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hunger to stay up-to-date in the fast-changing environment
• A positive, problem-solving attitude
• Digital Marketing experience, preferably in an agency or creative environments
• Brief, manage, validate and report on digital campaigns across internal & external platforms
• Communicate with media publishers and report into Digital Marketing Manager
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practises in digital design
• Comfortable coordinating with other team members, such as graphic design for ad assets.
