Job Title: Asst. Manager - HR / Sr. HR Executive

Function: Human Resource

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: HR Manager

A. ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for execution of various HR functions and initiatives. This position involves a blend of operational HR responsibilities and strategic support to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs that align with the organisation's goals.

B. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Sr. Key Responsibilities

1 Assists in coordinating the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2 Participates in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews.

3 Provides assistance in addressing employee concerns and inquiries, promoting a positive work environment.

4 Assists in the administration of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.

5 Helps maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices adhere to legal requirements.

6 Contributes to the identification of training needs and assists in planning and coordinating training programs.

7 Assists in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and HR databases.

8 Supports in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making.

9 Supports the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and motivation.

10 Contributes to the analysis of recruitment data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.

11 Assists in creating reports on key recruitment metrics for management review.

12 Supports in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

13 Works with the HR Manager to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

5 Decision-Making: Make informed and timely decisions that benefit the team and the organization. Involve team members in the decision-making process when appropriate, considering their input and perspectives.

D. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience 1. 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions.

E. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT Skill Attribute Technical
