Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Magnet Logistics International located in Karachi Pakistan. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, creating and executing advertising campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing sales and marketing data. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and advertising
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required
