Our client, based in Birmingham, are seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team.

As a Sales Specialist, In this pivotal role you'll contribute significantly to the company’s vision, playing a vital part in propelling the business forward.

Basic salary of £21,673 per annum with uncapped annual on-target-earning of up to £38,000

Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations
• Provide detailed information on product offerings
• Staying informed in regards to product features, benefits, and specifications
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and product updates
• Utilise your natural rapport-building skills to advise customers in the best way possible
• Showcase and selling high-end products
• Upselling any additional items that could benefit the customer post purchase
