1. Responsible for engineering technology of new material development projects involving polymerization or monomer synthesis reaction processes Research 2. Responsible for working with the R&D team to combine polymerization or monomer synthesis reaction processes with equipment for test optimization, and carry out test route design and implementation 3. Responsible for technical docking work with equipment manufacturers 4. Able to provide pilot projects And provide technical support for the selection, design and development of polymerization or monomer equipment during the industrialization promotion process. [Employment Requirements] 1. Doctoral degree in chemical engineering, chemical technology, polymer materials and engineering, materials science and engineering and other related majors 2. Relevant engineering work (internship) experience is preferred 3. Solid R&D related knowledge and experience , strong hands-on ability 4. Love R&D work and have good scientific research ability, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities 5. Good coordination, communication and teamwork skills
