What's the role?

​​It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti Strategic Marketing team! We are redesigning the future of digital at Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our transformation journey.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment.
You will create visually appealing designs that allow users to successfully navigate Hilti digital solutions, while maintaining brand integrity.​
What does the role involve?

As a UX Designer, you translate business and technical requirements into design opportunities, create prototypes, define visual style guidelines and collaborate with researchers to understand client needs.
You co-create and own the standards and style guides for creating interactive, user-centric software solutions.
You craft graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive design systems for web and mobile solutions. Your input to business needs within the company will help craft the future face of digital in Hilti.
What you need is:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Computer Interactions, or related field required
• Minimum three years’ experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience in:
• Design software such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, etc
• Sound understanding of UX principles
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
• A passion for building amazing user experiences
• Demonstrated time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain flexible through multiple revisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Great collaboration skills
