Financial Record Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Organize and categorize financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and filing.

2. Financial Reporting:
• Generate regular financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Account Reconciliation:
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and ledgers.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during reconciliations.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data.
• Collaborate with management to review budget allocations and make necessary adjustments.

5. Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

6. Financial Analysis:
• Provide insights and analysis on financial performance to aid in decision-making processes.
• Recommend strategies for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial improvement.

7. Communication and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making.
• Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, both within and outside the finance department.
