Description:

Position Summary: Under general supervision, this position analyzes sales and syndicated data in support of defined sales and account initiatives. Provides analytical support on the Bimbo Bakehouse Team leveraging fact-based insights. A portion of this role will help support our Supply Chain teams. The primary purpose of this position is to support our Sales team with analytics to move our In-Store-Bakery and Dairy brands forward. It will require self-motivation and a high level of professional curiosity to help unearth new sales opportunities.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Data extraction, cleaning and analysis from a wide variety of available systems and synthesize that data into actionable recommendations.
• Provide category insights and analytics through use of Retail Link, IRI syndicated data, Internal sales systems, etc.
• Identify and communicate the insights and opportunities to the sales and supply chain teams
• Ability to leverage insights and partner with sales leads in developing category strategies for growth.
• Develop and maintain customer reporting weekly/monthly or as requested.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal sales, supply chain, and customer's contacts.

• Strong report writing, presentation and delivery, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of projects.

Education and Work History:
• College Degree required or 3+ years of related sales/analytical responsibility. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Preferred experience in Sales Mining systems, Database management.
• Experience using of PC-based applications (MS Windows and MS Office) with emphasis in ADVANCED Excel proficiency is required.
• Proficient in operating Walmart Retail Link
• Previous experience in Power BI preferred
• Experience with Walmart's Private Brands team is preferred
