My client is a leading software and technology firm providing POS services / equipment to the hospitality industry. They are based in Braintree, Essex and offer an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail orientated Data Entry and Systems Administrator to join their team.

There are two roles. One full time, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and one that will cover 30 hours per week.

You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, optimising data workflows and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities
• Accurate input and maintenance of customer orders, menu items, pricing and other relevant data into the POS system
• Regular update and verification of customer information ensuring data integrity
• Perform routine data quality checks to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with clients to maintain and troubleshoot their POS systems
• Assist in configuring and customizing the POS system to meet the specific needs of the clients.
• Ensure the system is up to date with the latest software updates
• Generate regular reports related to sales, inventory and customer trends
• Provide insights to management to support decision making
• Work with the technical team to ensure seamless communication between front of house and back of house operations

Experience:
• 1 year or more Data Entry experience
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong Microsoft skills
• Troubleshooting and system configuration
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
