Your main role will be to lead and execute marketing campaigns targeting top talent. We are on the lookout for someone skilled in promoting Affinity across diverse social and digital platforms. Elevate our online presence and engage with potential candidates using your expertise in social media dynamics.

What we’re looking for:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing strategies,
• Manage recruitment media campaigns for maximum impact,
• Create engaging job ads to attract high-quality applicants,
• Identify and utilise effective tactics and platforms for targeted outreach,
• Establish and implement strategies for building a talent network/community,
• Generate detailed reports to track and measure recruitment marketing success,
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance candidate experience and engagement,
• Stay updated on marketing and advertising trends in the Early Childhood Education Sector,
• Maintain regular communication with the Talent team to align with hiring needs,
• Oversee and suggest improvements for the company's career website,
• Monitor job boards (Seek, Indeed, Glassdoor) for planning and execution,
• Build relationships with Universities and Training Organisations to attract talent.
