Objectives:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative team. This role will be instrumental in designing and developing customer-centric features, leveraging real-time monitoring data from vehicle telematics. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing and maintaining a robust infrastructure on the Azure platform and will be adept at creating efficient data pipelines for aggregation and preprocessing using Azure Data Factory. Furthermore, the role requires a deep analytical approach to vehicle data to diagnose root causes of failures and develop insightful dashboards for failure analysis.

Tasks:
• Design and implement real-time data-driven features to enhance customer experiences and vehicle performance monitoring.
• Manage Azure-based big data infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Develop and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory, ensuring seamless data aggregation and preprocessing for analytics.
• Analyze complex vehicle data to identify patterns, trends, and failure points, providing actionable insights to improve vehicle reliability and performance.
• Create comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools for failure analysis, presenting data in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer service to drive data-centric solutions.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:
• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure ecosystem with hands-on experience in Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure services.
• Proficiency in data processing and analytics tools including Hive/Spark.
• Solid experience with SQL databases and advanced proficiency in Python for data science.
• Strong skills in Software Engineering und familiar with SW collaboration tools like GitHub.
• Familiarity with eDrive components such as eMotors, HV-Batteries, and charging systems is essential.
• Demonstrable software development experience with a focus on data science and analytics applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in the automotive telematics field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English language skills, Chinese language is beneficial

• Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
