As a UX/UI Designer at TSPi, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for assisting in the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. Job Duties:
• User-Centered Design: Participate in user-centered design processes and create designs focused on users’ needs as well as business goals.
• Design Deliverables: Assist in creating layouts, wireframes, and prototypes that align with brand guidelines and user experience principles.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and adapt seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Graphic Elements: Design visually appealing graphics, icons, and images that enhance the overall aesthetics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, developers, and content creators to bring projects to life.
• UI/UX Improvements: Contribute ideas and insights to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our websites.
• Maintenance: Support the maintenance and updates of existing websites, systems and applications ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure that design work is error-free, 508 compliant and meet the required standards.
• Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills
