Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the Noosaville Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and working on a diverse range of exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent project management skills.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:
• Design and oversee the technical delivery of projects across the new energy, commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to determine project feasibility and requirements
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure project specifications are met
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ideally qualified or working towards CPEng/RPEQ certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of Australian civil engineering principles and practices
• Experience with 12d, Drains, TUFLOW, AutoCAD and Bluebeam and other design software highly valued

• Effective skills as a communicator and negotiator, with the ability to liaise with clients, colleagues, government agencies and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undergo a National Police History check
