Role Description
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share, expand distribution, and maximize revenue for baby products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback to team members to optimize their performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills among sales team members.
• Foster strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors, ensuring exceptional service and resolving escalated customer issues.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, providing insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
• Generate comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
• you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our sales operations across various trade channels.
• Your duties will encompass sales strategy development, establishing sales targets, and maintaining partner relationships.
• Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed financial targets, and your commission will be based on quarterly cash collections, not merely sales with receivables.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the baby products industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
