Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience alongside a collaborative team and has high visibility to upper management at a well-established and respected company.

This is a remote position, but candidate must be based in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities
• Develop financial models and perform financial and variance analysis.
• Build budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Effectively present to stakeholders on a wide variety of business issues and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and improve workflow processes.

Financial Analyst Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA a plus.
• 2 years of FP&A, reporting, and modeling experience; Healthcare or related industry highly preferred.
• Knowledge of business concepts and multiple business areas.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills.
• Tech-savvy with financial reporting software and ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft or similar preferred).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to demonstrate solid decision-making skills.
