**Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities**

Responsible for selling the company's implantable medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and physicians as appropriate. Responsible for driving brand awareness and sales of capital equipment within a defined geographic territory
- Accelerates revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon customers
- Develops strategic relationships with hospital and hospital system stakeholders, in an effort to influence buying decisions and promote adoption of company products
- Executes the sales plan and thoughtfully produce monthly and quarterly updates to the plan and review process
- Acquires clinical competency skills with all company products to provide high quality value to both surgeons and patients
- Performs other duties as assigned
• *Required Skills / Capabilities**
- Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flowcharting, and graphs
- Background in new market development
- Experience managing a high volume of capital equipment sales opportunities
- Consistent history in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Be qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals
• *Education and Experience**
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Requires 3+ years in medical device sales
- Requires valid driver's license
• *Travel and/or Physical Requirements**
- 50% travel required
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25kgs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- For roles that require access to hospital facilities, must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals, including meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements (including the COVID-19 vaccine, as applicable)._
