Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Lahore at Haul Connect Dispatch. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, managing recruitment and employee relations, communicating with employees, and handling legal compliance issues. The candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and support business objectives by helping to maximize the effectiveness of HR programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of related HR experience, including working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict management skills
• Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters
• Certification in HR management is a plus
