Job description:
• Implement and improve company HR systems and plans
• Maintain employee information and HR process management
• Responsible for employee attendance and payroll calculation
• Responsible for company recruitment related activities
• Responsible for employment contract and employee relations management
• Maintain open communication channels with headquarters and related departments
Job requirements:
• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification (Business Studies, Psychology, etc.)
• Fluent in Chinese and English, French is a plus
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in HR or relevant internships
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)

1. 执行并完善公司人力资源制度、计划
2. 维护员工信息及人力资源流程管理
3. 负责员工考勤及薪资计算
4. 负责公司招聘相关活动
5. 负责欧洲区员工劳动合同、员工关系管理
6. 保持与总部及相关部门畅通的沟通渠道
任职要求:
1. 拥有本科学历,有相关专业知识学习者优先;
2. 英文,中文流利,会法语者优先;
3. 有人力资源管理工作经验者优先;
4. 有人力资源相关实习经验者优先;
5. 掌握MS Office 等办公软件操作。
