Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Advocate located in Mumbai, responsible for conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents; and representing clients in court and various tribunals. The Associate Advocate will also interact with clients, handle the day-to-day administrative tasks of litigation, and maintain the confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Law and registration with the Bar Council
• At least 1-3 years of experience as an Associate Advocate in a law firm, with proven ability to handle litigation independently
• Excellent communication, drafting, and research skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals and take ownership of projects
• Knowledge of substantive and procedural law, court rules, and legal ethics
• Experience in handling client relationships and maintaining confidentiality
