Job Description

Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Provides support to digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness.

Assists on creation of online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses.
Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline.

Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs.

Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making.
Assists with conducting basic application of statistics-based market intelligence to business issues.

Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
• Execution of Programmatic in NA: Delivering against KPIs at each stage of the buying cycle – awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty across multiple platforms.
• Campaign Planning: You'll be responsible for planning and managing of Oracles programmatic campaigns across multiple stakeholders.
• Campaign Setup and QA: Responsible for the creation of campaigns in the platforms as well as performing all vital checks before campaigns activation. This includes all tracking tags are in place and audiences are pushed through accurately from the DMP before launch.
• DSP Deep Dives: You will work with key DSP partners and monitor performance, ensure automated optimizations are working and know which DSP is the best platform for each campaign.
• Analytics and Reporting: You will create bi-weekly and post campaign performance reports per each campaign which provides analysis and insights that contributes to the team.

Requirements:
• Previous Exposure to

Programmatic Advertising: Through internships or education, you are familiar with the programmatic landscape, have a basic understanding of key programmatic tactics, and the technology/publisher players.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Whether verbal, written or PowerPoint, you'll need to be able to communicate clearly and answer programmatic questions coming from all levels of understanding.
• Creative thinking: Always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions.
• Team Player: You have a collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross-functional, cross-cultural environment.
• You believe in quality over quantity , and ground your recommendations in insights, research, and experimentation.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience working with financial data and budgets.
• Familiarity with 3rd party bidding tools, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, Ad Verification, Ad Servers a plus.
• Understanding of Google Marketing Platform / floodlight tags / vendor pixels a plus.
• Agency background a plus.
