Financial Analyst: We value innovation, integrity, and insight, and we’re looking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our growing team; someone who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and whose expertise will help shape investment decisions in a fast-paced and ever-evolving market. The person stepping into this newly created position with play a crucial role in evaluating real estate investments, developing financial models, and providing strategic recommendations to our clients and stakeholders by supporting our Brokerage and Investment teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling for commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare detailed cash flow projections and analyze investment returns.
• Assist in underwriting and due diligence processes for property acquisitions.
• Provide market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present investment reports to senior management and clients.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance or investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with Excel, Argus, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize.
